Meet Our Pastor: Rocky and Lynn Youngblood
He graduated with honors from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Early in his 33 year TxDot career, he was called into ministry. He held many positions at Evangel Temple and San Angelo First over the years including Associate Pastor, Sunday School teacher, Youth Pastor, Deacon, Life Group and Substitute Pulpit ministry. Five years ago, Rocky became full time Pastor of Victory Assembly. He and his wife Lynn of 45 years have 2 sons and 5 grandchildren
